Shoulder Width
Shoulder tip to shoulder tip across back. Used by Youth Hockey.

Sleeve Length
Shoulder tip down outside of arm to wrist. Used by Youth Hockey long sleeves.
Special for Women’s Hockey: Front Hem + Back Hem (measure hem length from shoulder, slightly longer at back).
