👕 Vapor Jersey vs Elite Jersey — which one?
⭐ Vapor Popular
👑 Elite

Finish
Clean, game-ready finish
Refined stitching & elevated details
Feel
All-day comfort
True pro-level look & feel
Best for
Game-day & everyday fan wear

Both are fully customizable with your name & number. Not sure which to pick? Vapor is our most popular choice.
📏 These are garment (clothing) measurements, not body measurements. Standard fit — for casual wear we recommend sizing up for extra comfort. Chest is the full circumference around the jersey. Note: a ±1″ difference is normal.
👉 How to pick: measure your chest and compare to the table above. Between sizes: size down for a tighter fit, size up for a looser/fan fit. If chest & waist give different sizes, go by your chest. Still unsure? Email [email protected] and we’ll help.
Use a soft cloth tape. Keep level, snug but not tight. Measure on bare skin or a light t-shirt.
📐 Measurements You’ll Need
A
Chest Required
Around the fullest part of chest, just under armpits. Most important — used by all jersey types.
B
Body Length Required
From top of shoulder straight down to hem. For Basketball & Hockey, measure front and back separately if listed.
C
Height
Your total body height (standing). Used by Hockey and Soccer charts.
D
Waist
Narrowest part of torso, above belly button. Used by Football Women’s GAME/LIMITED jerseys.
E
Shoulder Width
Shoulder tip to shoulder tip across back. Used by Youth Hockey.
F
Sleeve Length
Shoulder tip down outside of arm to wrist. Used by Youth Hockey long sleeves.
Special for Women’s Hockey: Front Hem + Back Hem (measure hem length from shoulder, slightly longer at back).
📦 How Long Will My Order Take?
Every jersey we sell is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Your order goes through two stages:
Receiving Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Production — 7–9 days. Each jersey is handcrafted for you from scratch in our workshop, then quality-checked.
Shipping — 14–19 days. Free standard shipping, no minimum — from our workshop to your door.
📅 Total: 21–28 days (3–4 weeks) from checkout to your door.
During holidays, playoff weeks and other peak periods, production may take a few days longer.
We would rather be a few days late than send you something we are not proud of. If a jersey does not pass inspection, we remake it — only jerseys that pass are sent out.
🔔 You Are Never Left Guessing
From the moment you order until your jersey arrives, we email you at every stage — so you always know where things stand, without having to ask.
Order confirmed — right after you check out
In production — your jersey is being printed and hand-finished
Quality checked — it passed inspection and left our workshop
On its way — your parcel is moving toward you
Nearly there — the final leg before it reaches your door
And if anything goes wrong — your parcel is lost, damaged, or the jersey is not what you ordered — we replace it or refund you. Email [email protected] — see Returns & Exchanges below.
You can also check your order at any time on our Track Your Order page, using your order number and the email you ordered with.
You do not need to do anything — just keep an eye on your inbox.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because every jersey is made to order and personalized, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size choices — please check the Size & Fit tab before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect or missing, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right.
💬 Questions about your order? Email [email protected] — we’re happy to help. 📬 Emails from us can land in your Spam or Junk folder — move ours to your inbox and mark it “Not spam”, otherwise you will miss your order updates.
